What does Christ require of the men in his church? LaRue Baptist Church seeks to answer that question each winter with its Men of Faith ministry. Beginning in January and running through April, a number of men meet every other Saturday morning to study Scripture as it relates to their lives as men. Topics include, “Leading, Loving and Learning Your Wife,” “Becoming an Effective Father,” “Working for the Glory of God,” and “Why Theology is Important for You.” If you are interested in knowing what Jesus requires of you, consider Men of Faith.
Men of Faith will begin on Saturday, January 12 at 6:30 a.m. The topic
will be “Equipped to Love: Idol-Free Relationships,” coming from a book by the same title. If you are interested in ordering the book, the cost will be $11.00, see the sign up sheet located on the table in the hallway to order. Men of Faith will continue every other Sat. through April 19, 2008
